I am an assistant professor in finance and accounting with a PhD in finance from IIM Raipur, currently engaged in teaching, research, and academic mentoring in business education. My work focuses on corporate finance, disclosure regulations, dividend policy, and how regulatory frameworks shape firm behavior and capital allocation decisions. Alongside teaching management students, I actively design case-based learning experiences that connect accounting concepts with real-world business decisions. My research interests include regulatory disclosure effects, dividend policy, debt structure, and corporate governance in emerging markets, with a particular focus on the Indian context. I also work on developing applied case studies, academic articles, and industry-relevant assignments that bridge theory with practice. On Topmate, I aim to support students, early researchers, and professionals in understanding finance, accounting, and research paper development. In addition, I provide personalized mentoring and career guidance in finance, helping students and early professionals navigate career paths in corporate finance, research, academia, and related fields with clarity and confidence.
