About me
As a seasoned Planning Engineer with 3+ years of experience in developing and obtaining approval on project baseline schedules using Microsoft Project (MSP), I have a proven track record of working closely with project managers to get approval for baseline programs through baseline program review meetings. In addition to preparing project documents and obtaining approvals from cross-functional teams, I have expertise in managing strategic (financial) and development (IT/ITes) initiatives/PMO for organizations. This includes developing schedules, monitoring and controlling progress, publishing weekly and monthly reports for business head presentations, and conducting weekly progress review meetings to track outcomes and deliverables.
I have also played a key role in steering change management meetings, reviewing change notes and anticipating the impact on time and cost with established IMS processes, and maintaining a change note register to record change orders for initiatives/projects. Furthermore, I have experience in monitoring and controlling the progress of works through nPulse (Bentley ConstructHelix) and facilitating the timely resolution of issues.
In addition to my project management skills, I have worked as a Deputy Divisional Kaizen Coordinator for a construction division, conducting Kaizen review meetings and facilitating horizontal deployment across the division to bring in best practices. With strong communication and coordination skills, I have also worked with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of projects. Overall, my diverse skill set and experience make me a valuable asset to any organization.
