Hello! Welcome to my LinkedIn profile! I’m Prateek, an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Trichy and a proud native of Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Currently, I work as an Associate – Chief of Staff Team, Business Operations & People Experience at Redesign Health, a global venture builder powering transformative healthcare companies. Before this, I led HR at Aster Health Academy (Aster DM Healthcare) - a modern healthcare edtech company! I began my career at Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail Limited (now ABLBL) in a General Management profile, managing multiple roles and gaining diverse experience in campus hiring, employee engagement, and later as Retail HRBP for West India - an enriching journey managing the full retail employee lifecycle. I’ve always had a close connection with placements - from serving as a Placement Coordinator at IIM Trichy to serving in my engineering college, IGIT Sarang. I hold a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering (Major) and Computer Science Engineering (Minor). Outside of work, I am a sportsperson by heart, who has tried his hand and excelled in all sports (Basketball, Football, Badminton, etc), and I’ve earned a Silver Medal in National Kickboxing, been a national-level quizzer (winner of Tata Crucible), and organized business conclaves, tech fests, and sports events at the college level.
