Sometimes the question is specific enough that thirty minutes of conversation is overkill. You have two offers and need someone to tell you which one is actually better. You've been passed over and can't tell if it's you or the org. You want to know whether your background transfers into AI work. You need a promo case sanity-checked before you submit it.

Ask it here. No scheduling, no timezone problem, no small talk.

What you get:

A written answer within 48 hours. Not a paragraph. A considered response with my actual reasoning, the tradeoffs I'd weigh, and what I'd do in your position. If your question rests on a wrong assumption, I'll say so, because that's usually the more useful answer.

What works well here:

Offer comparisons. Promo case reviews. Should-I-stay-or-go. Reading a manager's behaviour. Whether a role is a step up or sideways. Whether your experience maps onto a job description.

What doesn't:

Anything needing back-and-forth. "How do I grow my career" is too broad to answer well. If your question needs a conversation, book the 1:1 instead and I'll tell you so rather than take your money.
