The problem with most senior resumes:
They read like job descriptions. Responsibilities, tools, team sizes. What a hiring manager is actually scanning for in the eight seconds before deciding is scope, ownership, and outcome. Most senior engineers bury all three.
What you get:
A 30-minute call where I go through your resume in front of you, section by section, and tell you what I'd think if it landed in my pipeline. Where I'd stop reading. Which bullets are invisible. What level you're currently reading at versus the one you're targeting.
Then a written version within 24 hours: specific rewrites for your weakest bullets, not general principles.
Why me:
I screen resumes for senior and staff-level roles and I sit in the debriefs. I know which lines get someone into a loop and which get them filtered. I also made the jump from data analyst to Head of Engineering myself, so if you're changing tracks I know how that reads on paper.
Send before we talk. I'll have read it properly before the call starts, so we don't spend your 30 minutes on me catching up.
