Senior IC / EM Mock Interview Loop

What you get:

A 60-minute interview run the way I actually run them. You pick the track: system design, engineering management behavioural, or a senior IC technical deep-dive. I don't soften it. If you'd fail the real loop, you'll find out here instead of there.

The last 15 minutes are the point:

We stop and I walk you through exactly where you lost signal, what a strong answer would have looked like, and what to change before the real thing. Then you get the written scorecard within 24 hours: the same structure I submit internally, with a hire / no-hire call and the reasoning behind it.

Why me:

I run engineering at a global research and advisory firm and I sit in senior interview loops. I write the scorecards. I'm in the debriefs where the decision gets made. Most prep advice is reverse-engineered from blog posts. Mine isn't.

Come prepared:

Send the job description and your target level when you book. I'll calibrate the difficulty to the actual bar at that level, not a generic one.
