I am a technology proponent with more than 12 years of experience in the Computers and Software industry, having worked with firms such as Oracle. As a software engineer, I have had good experience in managing large teams and driving complex projects. The communications and technology revolution helped globalize knowledge work and this was going to fundamentally change various industries. My partners and I founded the Excelize Group of Companies 17 years ago, with an aim to serve the AECO industry through our collective technology and design expertise. Since then, we have served 100+ companies in India, Middle East and USA with advanced Building Information Modelling (BIM), leveraging all its dimensions from 3D to 8D. We are convinced that BIM can radically enhance the value chain and help optimize the returns of the AECO industry worldwide. BIM can prove to be a strong enabler for the sector and help it grow much faster. We feel fortunate to have already worked with large contractors, subcontractors, architectural firms, real estate developers, government project owners and others. Also, we have covered the full spectrum of AECO industry – public infrastructure, commercial infrastructure, residential projects and more. Backed by an experience of nearly three decades serving Fortune 100 IT companies in India and USA, I have learnt to have an ear on the ground while having a bird’s eye view of the project.
