I’m Prasoon, currently an MBA candidate at the National Insurance Academy, Pune, and placed in the Reinsurance team at Mahindra Insurance Brokers Ltd. My journey began in architecture, where I spent five years learning how ideas turn into real spaces, a process that taught me patience, structure, and perspective. Parallel to that, music and writing have always been my creative anchors, helping me stay expressive, thoughtful, and rooted. Today, what draws me to the insurance and reinsurance ecosystem is its power to create security, resilience, and trust at both individual and systemic levels. I am particularly interested in how communication, design thinking, and strategy can make insurance more understandable, accessible, and human. I believe that creativity and analytical thinking are not opposites, but partners. Whether it’s designing solutions, building relationships, or communicating value: clarity and empathy matter.
