Prasoon is a Chartered Account by profession. He started his professional journey as an article trainee in the Transfer Pricing department of B S R & Co. LLP (KPMG). Later Prasoon switched to the Statutory Audit department of the same firm wherein he worked across entities in Fashion Jewelry & Lifestyle products and Healthcare services. Post his internship, Prasoon had a short stint with Deloitte (USI) in their Real Estate cluster as an Audit Senior Assistant. Currently, Prasoon is working as a Senior Associate in the Financial Due Diligence practice of KPMG India wherein he assists clients in evaluation of Targets in IT sector.
