In 2017 right after I got married, I had this sinking feeling of uncertainty and panic. After having spent all my life trying to become an engineer and working on building a career, I was shocked that I couldn’t see “What’s next”. What was worse was that there was no one who could help me answer that either! Being a young engineer at work, I felt stuck. Living in a new city with no strong community, I felt stuck. Creatively, I didn’t even know where to begin. So I spent the next 5 years answering that very question, WHAT’S NEXT? I answered it for myself and then for 200+ women in just 3 years. It’s a loaded question, one that no one teaches you how to answer. There are hardly any specific books on it and there is no roadmap. I know as an engineer yourself, you know the frustration of it all. From having a roadmap all your life to suddenly flying blind! My journey to finding this roadmap consisted of 267books, over $50k in coaching costs and endless nights of thinking. I DID ONE THING THAT CHANGED EVERYTHING. I stopped waiting for someone to give me the roadmap. I started CREATING my own roadmap. I started getting crystal clear about what I wanted. During 27 years of following someone else’s roadmap, I made micro progress. Once I got clarity: → I got promoted twice in one year without applying → I gave a TEDx talk → I started my own coaching business → I grew my business revenue to $200k → I served over 200 women and helped them find clarity in their careers too. I MADE PROGRESS FASTER THAN BEFORE. What changed ? I found a repetitive & predictable method to answer what’s next. I took responsibility for my own career.
