As the Founder of Churn Control, a leading professional education institution, he continues to shape the industry. Back in 2007, Prashant was a key member of the Webex team at Cisco, where he played a role and witnessed the exponential growth of the SAAS product Webex on a global scale. His expertise extends beyond established giants; he has also navigated the dynamic landscape of startups, both pre and post COVID.
