You accepted an offer and are now serving notice. There are no loyalities hence, you were appearing for interviews with other organisation and you receivd a better role (& offer). Now, you want to decline the previous one 🙄.
How do you do that without having the company (Recruiter or the HM or the your referee) feel discounted or deceived.
After all, you want yourself to be looked at as a trust worth 'brand', professionally.
