I work at the intersection of healthcare, biotech, deep-tech, and investment strategy, helping scale innovation that creates real-world impact. My journey started in biopharmaceutical R&D, where I spent 5+ years applying machine learning, process modeling, and data analytics to solve complex manufacturing and process development challenges. From launching biosimilars to deploying digital twins for global biopharma companies, I learned how technology creates value when it solves meaningful business problems. To strengthen my commercial and strategic perspective, I pursued an International MBA from IE Business School with a specialization in Finance. This helped me bridge science with investing, strategy, and venture building. Today, at HINA Bioventures, I work on healthcare-focused investments across biotech, and life sciences, covering deal sourcing, due diligence, financial modelling, investment thesis development, and portfolio value creation. I enjoy conversations around venture capital, healthcare innovation, biotech investing, startup strategy, and career transitions across science, business, and finance. Outside work, I’m also a published scientific author, certified fitness & nutrition consultant, and a practitioner of Heartfulness meditation.
