My passion, understanding and appreciation of human behaviour triggered during my career as HR professional. Throughout my career I have been dedicated helping individuals and teams unlock their potentials and achieve outstanding results. As a Coach, I am thankful for the opportunity to evoke awareness in individuals about their potential, beliefs, values, thoughts and feelings and how these are serving them to grow or creating hurdles in their career and life. My approach is creating safe and non - judgmental space to help the client to manage their transition from Point A to Point B, you may want to overcome something or you may want to reach to the next level with the belief that answers are lying within you and will work with you to discover those answers. The pain moving from point A to Point B may not be reduced, but suffering will get reduced drastically through the coaching process, that's what I can assure.
