In my current role as HRBP Lead, I am responsible for Hiring, strategy, and execution for the Functional group APAC region, which is one of the most critical and vital setups for the organization, I have End-to-end responsibility of people processes and people strategy. Manage end-to-end life cycle including Talent Acquisition, Probation Review, Talent Retention, 360-degree Performance Review, Succession Planning, Promotions, and Voluntary/ Involuntary Separation. Provide support in drafting, reviewing, and benchmarking policies and total rewards strategy for the India office. Collaborate with strategy group for Manpower planning, creating Org Charts. Enabling process improvement by incorporating user feedback in collaboration with support functions Conducting regular HR Connect sessions to plan and improve Talent retention strategy Collaborating with business strategy team for Manpower planning and creating Org structure for Bytedance Business. Extensive experience in recruitment- spanning across hiring for Technology & Support functions, Senior & Leadership positions for Technical and Function Roles, Campus Recruitment, Hiring through Social Media & networking, Devising Effective Referral & IJP programs, Vendor Management.
