Please share the role/job description and your experience level beforehand so I can tailor the interview accordingly.

I'd avoid DSA/live coding initially unless that's something you specifically want to interview people on. Your differentiation is interviewing people on the kind of senior-level engineering and leadership judgment that comes with your Tech Lead experience.
