A development professional with more than 12+ years of experience and worked across various social organisations and Edtech companies. I have got extensive experience in managing and coordinating international communication, operations, culture, and education projects and programs. Previously managed a countrywide Wellbeing program leveraging the CASEL framework to make the classrooms more inclusive and happier. In the past, I have worked on World Bank projects including State govts. Worked on an Ed. Tech program in India leveraging technology to make the classroom more interactive and engaging with the organization Promethean. I have worked on Research Projects in the education field and also handled big teams to manage projects. Worked on a consultancy project with Genpact Six Sigma team to improve the efficiencies of two social sector organizations. In past, I started an organization ‘NiveshGyaan’ with a team of 4 members to educate the Indian youth about the importance of financial literacy. Reached out to more than 3000 participants and collaborated with colleges like IIT-R, DCE, SRCC, Manipal University, Hansraj, etc. For my educational endeavours, I got selected for the Stanford Social Entrepreneurship Contest and have visited Estonia as a Fellow Advisor for the 1st year Teachers in Teach for Estonia. I love to cycle, run, and read a lot of books from diversified collections i.e. Non-fiction related to the social sector, startups, finance, sports, and companies. I like to write and I am a regular contributor to a national daily Wion (Zee News) and Teachers of India. In 2017, I got featured in two newspapers i.e. Amar Ujala & frontier for my experience in cycling and education.
