I’m Prashanth Raghu a hybrid creative force at the crossroads of UI/UX, product design, generative AI, and brand strategy. I’m a hands-on design leader who’s equally at home in Figma, strategy decks, and vision conversations and I thrive wherever design touches the product, the brand, or the future. My journey blends deep individual contributor (IC) experience with leading and mentoring high-performing teams. As a Digital Manager, I didn’t just lead I built. That role became my literal holy bible—a rulebook, a sandbox, and a canvas where I sharpened my design instincts and leadership mindset alike. In the past few years, I’ve embraced generative AI not as a threat to creativity but as a powerful collaborator. I actively integrate AI into design workflows to boost ideation, accelerate iteration, and imagine new modes of interaction while keeping human-centered design at the core. I also mentor teams and individuals on navigating this shift technically and emotionally. Whether I’m guiding a design system, crafting a product experience, shaping a brand’s voice, or exploring what’s next with AI, my goal is always the same: make the complex feel simple, useful, and beautiful.
