Over 20 years I climbed into senior leadership, working at companies like Expedia and Capital One, leading engineering teams and solving hard problems at scale. I had the title, the salary, and the stability. And then I walked away from all of it. Because I wanted to build something of my own. Today I run Ontoscale AI, helping businesses implement AI that actually reaches their customers - not just sits in a strategy deck. I own Featdoor Digital as a live lab where I test and ship everything I build. I lead AI London, a thriving community of 3,000+ practitioners.
