Previously, I worked as an Associate Product Manager at ICICI Lombard, focusing on strategy and business transformation using new technologies and AI in the digital space. I worked on multiple projects, including reducing the quote generation turnaround time by 87%, generating over INR 7 lakh in NWP with a well-crafted GTM strategy for a newly launched product, transitioning core company software from legacy systems to a new platform. I fostered cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement, leveraging Agile and SCRUM methodologies for seamless deliveries.
