With a master's degree in Construction Technology and Management from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka and a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Doctor Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, I have 10+ years of experience in delivering consultancy services and construction in sustainability.
As the on-site Sr. Estidama Engineer at The Balghailam, Praphull is responsible for the execution and handover of the sustainability requirements from design to construction, including the construction requirements of the Pearl 3 PVRS villas and Pearl 1 PCRS Community. He is an Estidama Qualified Professional (PQP), LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP BD+C, ID+C), and WELL Accredited Professional (WELL AP) along with ENV SP, IGBC AP, GRIHA CP, and PMP who inspects and monitors the overall construction process and provides all relevant verification documents and reports. I also conduct environmental studies for green certification systems, sustainable site operations, and sections within environmental standards and policies.
He strongly understands renewable energy systems, net zero carbon, and climate resilience strategies. He is well-versed in communication regarding sustainability, training, and running internal communication campaigns in current projects.
