System Design Mock Interview (Ex-Uber, Arcesium)

System design interviews are less about having the perfect answer and more about how you think through ambiguity, make trade-offs, and communicate your decisions under pressure.

Having worked on real distributed systems at Uber and Arcesium, I know what strong system design thinking actually looks like — and where most candidates lose the interviewer's confidence.

Here's how the session works:

First 50 minutes — Live system design problem. We work through it the way a real interview would — scoping the problem, discussing trade-offs, designing components, and handling follow-up questions.

Next 10 minutes — Detailed feedback on your design decisions, communication, and where you can sharpen your thinking before the real thing.

60 minutes total. One session that prepares you for what system design interviews actually test.
