About me
Hi, I'm Pranjali! 👋
An Indian School of Business alum and a Strategy & Growth professional who has worked across CEO's office and consulting roles. I genuinely enjoy a good conversation about careers, ambitions, and the choices that shape our journeys.
My MBA journey 🎓
I'm an MBA graduate from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Class of 2024, where I majored in Strategy and Finance. During my admissions journey, I received admits from both ISB PGP and IIM Ahmedabad PGPX - the only 2 schools I applied to.
Applying to an MBA meant preparing for competitive exams, reflecting on years of professional and personal experiences, writing application essays and asking myself some pretty important questions.
Why an MBA? Why now? What had I really accomplished? What did I want to do next? And what made my story worth telling?
Looking back, I think one of the most fascinating aspects of the MBA application process is that it forces you to reflect on your own life.
As a mentor, I help candidates do just that - reflect on their journies, help get clarity on the BIG DECISION and support in putting their best story forward.
My Career journey 🚀
Over the last 9 years, I've worked at the intersection of business strategy, growth, consulting, technology, and execution. I've worn several hats, often in roles where the problems were ambiguous, the answers weren't obvious and the learning curve was steep.
My professional journey has involved launching new products, exploring and entering new markets, building go-to-market strategies, setting up an Agentic AI Foundry, driving business transformation, solving operational challenges and working closely with founders and senior leadership teams on some of their most pressing business priorities.
On career transitions and finding your way 🌱
If there's one thing my journey has taught me, it's that career transitions are rarely straightforward, even when they look seamless on LinkedIn.
I've made quite a few myself.
From consulting to the CEO's Office, from services to product-led businesses, and perhaps my most defining pivot — from Human Resources to Chief of Staff.
Each transition meant entering unfamiliar territory, learning a new industry or function, developing different skills and sometimes having to prove myself all over again.
And transitions aren't always easy to navigate alone.
Sometimes, having someone who's walked a similar path can make all the difference. Someone who can offer perspective, ask the questions you haven't considered, share what worked (and what didn't) and help you approach the journey with greater clarity.
That's the kind of sounding board and companion I hope to be.
Why I mentor ❤️
I've been mentoring MBA aspirants and professionals for the past few years, helping them navigate applications, essays, mock interviews, resumes and career decisions. Along the way, I've been fortunate to maintain a 5/5 rating on Topmate.
But what keeps me coming back isn't the rating.
It's the conversations.
I meet people from incredibly different backgrounds, each bringing their own ambitions, experiences, uncertainties and hopes for the future.
Sometimes, an aspirant comes into a session believing they don't have an interesting enough story to tell. We spend an hour unpacking their experiences, questioning their choices and reflecting on what they've learned. And somewhere in that conversation, an experience they considered ordinary begins to reveal leadership, resilience, initiative or a perspective they hadn't recognized in themselves.
Those are my favourite moments — when someone starts seeing their own journey differently.
I've taken mentoring calls after long workdays, sometimes late into the evening, and almost always walked away feeling more energized than when I started.
There's something infectious about the ambition, nervousness, excitement and hope of someone working towards a new chapter in their life.
It reminds me of my own journey, and I genuinely enjoy being a small part of theirs.
How can I help you?
