At AWS, we strive to innovate on behalf of our customers to deliver products and applications to awe our customers. I am an Engineering Manager on an AWS organization which aims to build a greenfield state of the art automation application (using Generative AI) to solve for enterprises (confidential). I lead a team of 16+ members and have a cross-functional team of Software Engineers (SDEs), Frontend Engineers (FEEs), and Software Managers (SDMs) - across Seattle and Bay Area sites. My team and I work to build scalable platforms, think long-term, and keep experimenting on new initiatives. We own Identity and Collaboration verticals of this new AWS product. Before moving to Seattle, I was leading a team of 20+ members (of SDEs and SDMs) in Bangalore, India. We owned merchant experience for Amazon Pay, which includes merchant registration, integration, financial reporting, compliance, attrition and analytics verticals. I firmly believe in growing leaders to take bigger roles and responsibilities. I am a force multiplier who loves to mentor and groom people to their fullest potential, and think strategic to get the best possible output.
