During my tenure at Morgan Stanley, I spearheaded the inception and enhancement of Threat Hunt and Threat Intelligence infrastructures in India, demonstrating technical and strategic leadership. I successfully scaled the team from scratch to a proficient unit of twelve members, enabling us to achieve complete operational maturity within a lean timeframe of 20 months. In my role as an Information Technology Manager - Cybersecurity at HDFC Bank, I established and managed critical cybersecurity functions, including CSIRT, SOC, CTI, and Hunt. By implementing robust security measures, conducting regular audits, and fostering a culture of security awareness, I ensured the secure and smooth operation of critical infrastructures.
