Thanks for visiting my profile :) I am a management consultant working at Oliver Wyman helping clients in the Middle East I previously worked at Bain & Company (BCN) as a Project Leader with focus on organization strategy, organization redesign and operating model. I have led projects across industry and geography helping clients with restructuring opportunities as well as identifying dollar value savings potential. Apart from regular work, I have taken more than 30 interviews for fresh campus hires, and have first hand experience of what companies look for when hiring freshers To talk more about myself, I am born and brought up in Delhi. I did my B.Com(H) from Delhi University. Here, I was actively involved in various societies and inter-college events. My interest in management landed me in an IIM. Here my aim was to develop myself keeping a balance between various aspects like academics, extra-curricular activities, and learning. I was member of the Placement Preparation Committee and the Marketing club in my college. I was also the management events head for Infusion - the annual fest of IIM Rohtak. My interest in Marketing helped me won "Marketer of the Year" at my college. I interned with Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited in a Sales & Marketing profile. This gave me hands-on experience in Sales, Market Research, Problem-solving, and potential estimation of market size. I have also done a live project with 3M in Brand Building. On a personal front, I am an avid cricket follower, sports enthusiast and love to travel.
