Mock Interview (o9/Kinaxis) with Pranav Pathak

Preparing for an o9 or Kinaxis interview? These aren’t generic supply chain interviews. Hiring teams expect you to know the platform, the planning logic behind it, and how to talk through real implementation scenarios. This session helps you practice exactly that.

What we’ll cover

• Platform fundamentals: o9’s Enterprise Knowledge Graph, data model, and planning modules; Kinaxis RapidResponse resources, workbooks, and scenarios
• Core planning domains: demand planning, supply planning, S&OP/IBP, inventory optimization, and MEIO
• Configuration and technical questions: data integration, measures and calculations, and (for Kinaxis) scripting and automation
• Scenario-based questions: “A client’s forecast accuracy is dropping. How do you diagnose it?” and similar real project situations
• Behavioral and consulting rounds: stakeholder handling, client-facing communication, and project experience storytelling

What you’ll get

• A 45-60 minute live mock interview tailored to your target role and experience level
• Honest, specific feedback on technical depth, structure of answers, and communication
• A list of your strengths and gaps, with a focused plan for what to study next
• Resume and project-pitch tips if time allows

Who this is for

• Supply chain planners and analysts moving into o9 or Kinaxis roles
• Consultants preparing for implementation or solution architect interviews
• Freshers and career switchers targeting SCM tech companies
• Professionals interviewing at o9, Kinaxis, or their implementation partners
