Hi, I’m Pranav Suriya — currently a Programmer Analyst at Amazon, working with the Shipping Tech & Services organization, where I work on software, automation, and solving complex business and technical problems. I’ve previously interned at Fidelity Investments and have explored different areas of software development, automation, and problem-solving throughout my journey. I graduated with a B.Tech in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore. I was the Gold Medalist and First Rank Holder of my department and was also recognized as the Best Outgoing Student of the University. Having navigated my own journey from college into the technology industry and across different kinds of organizations, making the move from service-based to product-based organizations, I enjoy helping students and early-career professionals understand the practical steps involved in building a strong career in tech — from strengthening their fundamentals and preparing for interviews to improving their resumes, finding the right opportunities, and making meaningful career transitions. Through Topmate, I hope to share practical insights from my experiences at Amazon, Fidelity, and throughout my career journey, and help others navigate their own path with greater clarity and confidence.
