I'm Pranav, a Global People Partner at Freehand, an AI startup in the San Francisco Bay Area, where I'm building the team from the ground up, starting with our first sales hires. Before this, I was the sole HRBP at Emergent, where I built the entire people function during the year the company raised its $130M Series C and became a unicorn. At Atlys, I was the go-to People partner for Engineering, Product and Data, running everything people-related for the tech teams. At Propcity, I drove People Success in a completely new industry, and at Una Brands in Singapore, I helped launch the talent mobility program and hired talent across India, after starting out on the marketing side. I love helping people break into HR or People roles, land jobs at startups, understand what recruiters actually look for, and navigate career switches. Book a session for honest, practical advice from someone who's been on both sides of the hiring table.
