I'm a doctoral researcher at the the Seymour lab at University of Oxford. My research interests are quite interdisciplinary and currently lie in computational neuroscience, safe AI and robot learning and philosophy. I'm currently focusing on pain and aversive learning in context of decision-making and in general, all sorts of interesting behaviour shown by humans and other animals. I employ emerging technologies such as virtual reality into my experiments and ideas from machine learning systems to build models of animal cognition. I truly believe in a symbiotic relationship between natural and artificial intelligence and am optimistic about how research in one field can guide the progress in the other.
