I’m a Data Scientist with 3 years of experience in the recruitment tech domain, where I’ve built and improved ML-driven recommendation systems, candidate–job matching models, and intelligent ranking pipelines. My work includes fine-tuning BERT/Sentence-BERT models, designing similarity and relevance scoring systems, and developing explainable AI solutions for recruiters. I enjoy working at the intersection of machine learning, NLP, and scalable systems, and I’m currently exploring LLMs, model fine-tuning, and AI assistants for real-world decision support.
