I've spent my career at the intersection of e-commerce, supply chain, and strategy — from advising distribution strategy for FMCG giants at EY, to shaping growth strategy at TSMG, to running large-scale marketplace, supply chain planning and control tower functions for some of the biggest ecommerce firms. What excites me most is untangling complex operational problems and turning them into scalable systems — across markets, cultures, and business models. Engineer by training (IIT BHU), strategist by trade (IIM Mumbai/NITIE), and someone who's built a career navigating ambiguous, challenging problem statements across industries. I am always passionate about mentoring people in whatever way I can.
