My work spans Banking, Insurance, Pharma, HR Tech, and EdTech, where I’ve led initiatives ranging from password-less authentication and conversational AI to GenAI-powered semantic search systems that simplify how users discover and interact with information. My career didn’t begin in Product Management. I started in project execution, where I learned structure, delivery, and stakeholder management - and then transitioned into Product by following a deeper curiosity for why users behave the way they do and how technology can genuinely make life easier. Today at Sage, I lead AI-first product initiatives, shaping intuitive conversational experiences by combining user journey mapping, design thinking, and data-driven decision-making. Beyond corporate roles, I’ve also experienced entrepreneurship firsthand. During the pandemic, I founded Roar Ventures, a boutique camping experience in Uksan village near Kamshet. I built and ran the business end-to-end, from branding and customer experience to operations and hospitality. This journey taught me how to build from zero, navigate uncertainty, make real trade-offs, and design experiences that people emotionally connect with - lessons that deeply influence how I think about products, careers, and mentorship.
