I began my filmmaking career driven by a deep desire to tell stories that not only entertain, but also inspire, provoke, and ignite conversations. In the past decade, I’ve found myself traveling across Asia, creating documentaries that capture the raw, untold stories of the human experience— stories that often go unseen or unheard. Whether it’s shedding light on global social issues or documenting transformative journeys, my work is rooted in a genuine belief that film can change perspectives and foster empathy. In 2014, I was honored to receive the United Nations Friendship Award, a recognition that validated my commitment to using film as a tool for social change. For me, filmmaking is not just a job—it’s a lifelong pursuit of sharing stories that matter. As I continue to evolve in this craft, I look forward to the incredible collaborations that lie ahead, and to using film as a platform for positive change, one story at a time.
