He is a Certified Scrum Master® and a Google certified Project Management Professional {97th percentile} His day to day work at CoinDCX includes : ■ Partnering with Business and Technology leaders to refine and execute the strategy for Technical Programs. ■ Overseeing the entire product lifecycle: feasibility through scoping, requirements definition through specification, design, development, quality assurance, integration, implementation, launch, and production support. ■ Driving prioritisation and coordination with internal and external teams. ■ Identifying technical solutions impacting multiple teams and businesses. ■ Managing project schedule, issue/risk register, resources, and communication ■ Anticipating bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints. ■ Acting as Scrum Master and driving Scrum ceremonies.
