I’m deeply passionate about learning design, instructional design, and eLearning development. With experience leading L&D at Ambak, I’ve built end-to-end learning journeys—from onboarding and sales capability to leadership programs and process training. My areas of interest include: Designing outcome-driven learning programs Building interactive eLearning modules (Articulate, Canva, etc.) Implementing and managing LMS platforms Creating scalable content for frontline to leadership roles Driving field-based learning through OJT and performance support tools I love geeking out on how adults learn, experimenting with content formats, and designing experiences that don’t just inform but transform.
