I’m a Chartered Accountant with experience at EY and Chaturvedi Shah, primarily working on statutory audits of listed and unlisted companies, with strong exposure to financial reporting, controls, and compliance. I also bring hands-on experience in Direct and Indirect Tax advisory and compliance. Currently, I’m a Co-Founder of a Hygiene Products company, where I head Finance, Accounts, Legal & Regulatory Compliances, and oversee finance operations across manufacturing, sourcing, and supply chain. I actively work on costing, margin structuring, pricing, and compliance for both offline distribution and E-commerce & Quick Commerce platforms. I support founders, CFOs, and growing businesses with practical, execution-focused guidance on audit readiness, tax, manufacturing finance, and scaling across online and offline channels.
