As the Head of Consumer Business at Credilio, I spearhead the development and launch of cutting-edge products in the fintech space. My key projects include the Launching a new Consumer App (novio), Launching a Co-Branded Credit Card, Bureau-Based Predictive Recommendation Engine, seamless digital journeys for customer self-application, and comprehensive API integrations with banks. I manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept to go-live, and develop strategies to scale business operations post-launch. I hold an MMS in Marketing from JBIMS and a BE in Computer Science and Engineering from the Prof. Ram Meghe Institute of Technology & Research. Prior to Credilio, I served as a Senior Product Manager at Kotak Mahindra Bank, where I led the online EMI business for Kotak Consumer Finance. I pioneered several industry-first products such as Debit Card EMI, Smart EMI Card, and Post Facto EMI conversion. My expertise lies in streamlining processes, enhancing product journeys, improving customer experiences, and automating solutions through API-driven technology. I am passionate about solving customer challenges and creating innovative, cost-effective products.
