I'm a social entrepreneur, changemaker, and community builder from the Sikkim Northeast India. I was selected as an Ashoka Young Changemaker in 2022, an experience that deeply shaped how I look at problems not just as challenges, but as opportunities to create meaningful change. Over the years, I’ve explored work across entrepreneurship, climate action, education, youth empowerment, skilling, sustainability, and community development. I’ve founded and worked on multiple ventures and initiatives, including projects around climate innovation, circular economy, social entrepreneurship, and youth-led development. I’m particularly interested in building businesses with purpose, turning local problems into scalable opportunities, and creating platforms where young people and communities can participate in solving the issues around them. My journey has also taken me through teaching, entrepreneurship programs, community projects, startup building, policy-oriented initiatives, and grassroots work across Northeast India and beyond. I enjoy connecting seemingly unrelated ideas business + climate, technology + community, education + entrepreneurship, culture + innovation. I’m naturally curious and constantly experimenting. Some days I’m thinking about a startup; other days I’m exploring a village, talking to entrepreneurs, working on a climate idea, writing, or simply trying to understand how people and communities work.
