As the Industry Director at Microsoft, I lead the digital transformation strategy and AI adoption for our customers in the telecom sector across EMEA. With over 2 decades of experience in management consulting, I have developed a deep expertise in business and portfolio strategy, value-led digital transformation, and service delivery in multi-cultural, multi-partner, cross-functional, and cross-industry environments. My mission is to inspire and empower people with disabilities to overcome their limiting beliefs and drive true impact and change. As an inclusion ambassador, I work with Microsoft ERG, D&I, industry partners, and charities to raise awareness and drive impact for people with disabilities. I have also founded start-up incubator InnovateMK and a mental health support digital platform InnerArk. I have received multiple awards, including the Microsoft Gold Club Award and the Smart Cities UK Award. I am passionate about developing new value propositions, identifying new revenue opportunities, and leading complex stakeholder engagements.
