Pragya is a client-facing Director in BCG’s People & Organization practice, based in Silicon Valley. As a trusted advisor and topic expert, she is deeply embedded in client engagements, specializing in Organization Design, Shared Services/Global Business Services (GBS), Digital HR, People Strategy, and Change Management. Having worked in California, New York, London, and New Delhi, Pragya leads a global team of Organization Design & Operating Model client facing specialists within the People & Organization practice in addition to her client-advisory role. Prior to joining BCG, Pragya worked as a Human Capital Consultant with KPMG, where she worked on organization transformation, people strategy and change management projects. Having written her masters thesis on Artificial Intelligence for Strategic Talent Resourcing, Pragya holds a post-graduate degree with Distinction from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a bachelors degree from Lady Shri Ram College (University of Delhi). Additionally, Pragya is a certified SCRUM master.
