About me
Hi, I’m Pragati Naikare, a full-time Data Scientist at Tesla, with 3+ years of experience in building scalable AI/ML solutions across automotive, healthcare, oil & gas, and finance domains. I specialize in LLM fine-tuning, GenAI pipelines, MLOps, NLP, and predictive modeling.
🎓 I completed my Master’s in Data Science at Texas A&M University (GPA: 4.0), where I also served as a Research Assistant in Computer Vision and Machine Learning labs. During my program, I completed 3 semester-long internships, including two simultaneous roles during the summer.
🤝 Outside of work, I provide tailored guidance to:
* I assist incoming students to the U.S. with the entire admission process from shortlisting universities and preparing SOPs to navigating visa interviews.
* I mentor AI/ML aspirants by helping them build strong portfolios, Resume review, prepare for technical interviews, and secure internships and full-time roles.
