I’m an IIT Kanpur graduate with 11 years in machine learning, data science, AI, GenAI, and AWS cloud. I started hands-on, writing the models and pipelines myself, and grew into leading a large engineering team and hiring for it. The work I’m proudest of is production-grade: scalable, secure systems for enterprise and government clients that have to hold up with real users, not just in a demo. I care about the gap between a clever prototype and something that survives production, and about helping people cross the same gap in their careers. I’ve interviewed and mentored enough engineers to know what moves the needle and what’s noise. Outside work, I tinker with new AI tools, read widely, and spend weekends with family around Delhi NCR.
