I worked across different domains in uber like automating invoice creation flow for uber supplier under Fintech team to Taking Backup for all transactional databases of Uber. Currently i am working in OLAP database team which manage and develops Pinot for the entire Uber. As Pinot is used for real-time analytics, it has its unique problem like providing real-time updates in milliseconds while supporting a high number of RPS.
