I lead multiple Data teams (Engineering, Analytics, Data Science) & AI teams across the stack that cater to various clients and their businesses. We work closely with business functions like Marketing, Product, Fraud, Ops, Customer Service to intelligently automate processes and decision making and to improve the quality of decisions. We do that by building, maintaining and enhancing various data products and solutions - data infra, data pipelines, reports and dashboards, deep-dive analyses, ML models/services. I come with a strong know-how and experience of designing, building & driving the adoption of analytical/ML solutions. Previously, I’ve been in data science roles at various levels at companies like Fidelity, Citi group, HSBC, leveraging advanced analytics and ML to solve key problems in Marketing, Personalisation, Digital, Customer Growth, Fraud etc. I take pride in helping my teammates grow and creating a data-obsessed culture. I'm also deeply passionate about telling compelling stories with data and advancements in the use of data & AI in sports/games.
