MY WORK EXPERIENCE: With over 2-3 years of diverse work experience, I have worked with Catalyst Learning Services, in social sciences capacity building and social impact training. My role involved capacity building in social sciences, collaborating with NGOs like CRY, civil society organizations such as Ajeevika Bureau, and educational institutions like Azim Premji University and TISS. I planned and executed 10 to 15 educational campaigns across Kolkata, significantly increasing student awareness in public policy domains including communication, seminars, organization outreach, research on social sciences, career guidance in India and social entrepreneurship opportunities. At Desi Kanoon, a legal think tank, I was a content writer and created engaging and informative content for digital platforms. In my legislative research and electoral campaign support work, I collaborated with a national-level political party, conducting research on party policies to be presented in the legislative assembly during state legislative elections. During my time as a student unit head with NSS, I led various impactful leadership initiatives that garnered recognition from the Ministry of Education. My academic pursuits, particularly in preparation for the UPSC Civil Services Examination, deepened my understanding of contemporary issues like governance, the economy and geopolitics . This has equipped me with the ability to comprehend and interpret data sets, crucial for a career in public policy patience, and time management.
