With over 15 years of experience in the management consulting and information technology industry, I am a seasoned Central Project Manager at Schlumberger, the world's leading provider of technology and solutions for the energy sector. As a Central Project Manager, I lead the digital transformation for scaling operations and delivering data to 22k subscribers with a 15+ member team in a 24/7 setup. I also own the 2-year strategy plan and manage the execution of all the workstreams and projects that are critical to achieving long-term objectives like Monitor without Monitoring. Additionally, I draft the central operations framework based on data quality, communication, infrastructure, ticketing system, and knowledge management. Prior to joining Schlumberger, I was a Solutions Architect at Toll Group and AssetAnalytix, where I engaged with customers to define their roadmap and strategy for better asset management, new technology adoption, and other offerings. I also provided stakeholder management and technical guidance for data ingestion requests and architecture framework optimization. Furthermore, I developed knowledge frameworks for data and analytics solutions. I have a strong background in data engineering, with a PG Program in Big Data Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. I am skilled in various tools and technologies, such as Informatica, SQL, Teradata, and ETL. I am also proficient in project management, resource allocation, quality assurance, client interfacing, stakeholder management, team building and mentoring, process improvement, solution architecture, design, framework development, performance tuning, and application support.
