Currently working in the Churn and Dormany team under the Global Analytics and Data Science team at PayPal, I am passionate about leveraging data to drive impactful business decisions. Prior to joining PayPal, I worked as a Business Analyst in the conversational AI space at Skit.ai, where I gained valuable experience in applying analytics and machine learning techniques to enhance customer experience. Before Skit.ai, I worked at Deloitte as a data engineer, where I honed my skills in data integration, processing and analysis. Currently, I am pursuing an Mtech in Data Science and Engineering from BITS Pilani under its WILP programme, where I am deepening my knowledge in advanced analytics, machine learning, and data engineering.
