Most of the hardest decisions a leader or founder faces don't have a clean playbook — restructuring a team, deciding whether to stay in a role or build something of your own, navigating a co-founder conflict, or figuring out what to actually prioritise when everything feels urgent. These are also the decisions you usually can't fully talk through with your own team.

I draw on 15+ years in engineering leadership at Microsoft and DRDO, and on currently building Cura Capital from scratch. That combination means I can speak to the leader-inside-a-large-org problem and the founder-building-from-zero problem — and the transition between the two, which is where most of my conversations actually sit.
