In my most recent role as the Chief of Staff at Rebel Foods, the world's largest cloud kitchen company, I headed the founder's office and steered multiple globally strategic cross-functional programs, such as customer-first culture building, zero customer complaints charter, and the company's quarterly goals framework. I also have experience in business development and operations management at Urban Company, India's largest home services platform, and ITC Limited, a leading FMCG company. I thrive working with different mindsets and disciplines and enjoy a collaborative approach to complex problem-solving.
